Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using MemeMintr. These Terms govern your access to and use of the MemeMintr platform, a non-custodial Solana token creation service. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MemeMintr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. MemeMintr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
MemeMintr provides a non-custodial interface for creating and deploying Solana Program Library (SPL) tokens on the Solana blockchain. The Service allows users to configure token parameters, upload metadata, and broadcast signed transactions. MemeMintr does not store private keys, custody funds, or control user wallets at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain-based services in your jurisdiction to use MemeMintr. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Non-Custodial Nature
MemeMintr is a non-custodial tool. You maintain full control over your wallet and private keys at all times. All transactions are initiated and signed by you. MemeMintr cannot reverse, refund, or intervene in any on-chain transaction. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before signing.
5. Fees
MemeMintr charges a service fee per token creation, displayed transparently before you sign any transaction. Fees are collected on-chain at the time of creation. Network gas fees (SOL) are separate and paid to Solana validators, not to MemeMintr. All fees are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use MemeMintr to: (a) create tokens intended to defraud or deceive other users; (b) impersonate existing projects or brands without authorization; (c) violate any applicable law or regulation; (d) engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any activity designed to artificially inflate token value; (e) create tokens promoting illegal activities.
7. No Financial Advice
Nothing on MemeMintr constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token creation is a technical service only. MemeMintr makes no representations about the potential value or success of any token. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on MemeMintr, including the interface design, branding, and original code, is the property of MemeMintr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any token you create and any metadata you upload. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to use it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeMintr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or failure of token creation. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
